Mission

ID Tech is a non-profit organization with a mission to provide education in Science, Technology, English, and Math (STEM) to all persons in the Puerto Plata area of the Dominican Republic. Our premier function is to introduce opportunities in technology and game development, but we also offer a range of other programs, including tutoring, gaming sessions, code writing, community service, and resume writing.

By leveraging the power of STEM and gaming, we aim to foster a commitment to self-development that will promote literacy through the implementation of Common Core standards and strong interpersonal/communication skills. Additionally, we believe that partnerships with local schools and churches are key to enriching the lives of people in the community.

At ID Tech, our ultimate goal is to create a team of people who are always in your corner, reasserting a sense of hope in the future. With our commitment to education, technology, and community service, we believe that we can make a real difference in the lives of people in Puerto Plata.
